Yoga and Chiropractic go hand in hand. The physical practice of yoga requires the spine and body to be moved and activated, while the meditative aspect of yoga requires one to quiet their mind and nerve system. The flow of prana and kundalini energy closely mimic the way information flows up and down the neuro-spinal system. I have long been a practitioner of yoga, and my wife and partner has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Naturally, we have a lot of friends, associates, and clients who work and practice in the yoga community. Frequently they report to us that their care at Hands On Health helps them to Remain Centered, Mentally Calm, and Clear so they can be their very Best!
