Updated: Nov 7
At Hands On Health Chiropractic we know that Each, and Every-Body benefits from regular Chiropractic Care; whether we seek to Expand our Consciousness, Enhance our Human Performance, or Increase our Ability to Resist and Recover from Illness or Injury. We believe that all people are entitled to perform with a Clear, Fully-functional Neuro-Spinal System, so they may express a Greater Potential for Health, Healing, Well-Being, and Success in all aspects of Life.
As part of our Stay Stoked Project we’ve taken the opportunity to share just how some of our regular Practice Member’s lives are enhanced by the care they receive at Hands On Health Chiropractic.
Like many members of our shore-community, I grew up with my feet planted on skate and surf boards, and not always so firmly planted on the ground. Growing up the benefits of my chiropractic care were more obvious in regards to recovery, but as I’ve aged somewhat actively the really important ways that I benefit from getting adjusted is in my balance, mobility, body awareness, and all things that I hope to help keep me ON the board. Naturally, I have a large group of aging friends, some of whom have stayed active, and some who are getting re-familiarized with old passions and actions, but regardless we continually see wide reaching benefits from our collective care, and not just after the inevitable slam or wipe out.
Whether we’re a competitor or just out rolling around the driveway with the kids our clients echo much of my own personal experience with enhanced recovery, enhanced performance, an increased drive to create, and a genuine enjoyment of Life without interference.
If you or a family member is learning, participating, or becoming reacquainted with active, alternative, or aggressive “Sports”, like surfers and skaters, we’d be more than happy to discuss the multifaceted benefits of Regular Chiropractic Care. If you’d like to find some time to connect for a session, well… we could probably do that to!
